Great hotel
Nice hotel, we really liked it. Good location, a few stops from city center. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Thanks to receptionist Anna, who helped us with public transport information. Breakfast is good with many options. Recommend it

Love this city

Great Location but Disappointing Service on Second Day
I stayed at this hotel as part of a multi‑city tour package. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the location turned out to be one of its strongest points — it’s within walking distance of the city centre, close to a tram stop, and surrounded by shops. Breakfast was modest but adequate. On arrival, the receptionist, Denys, was very welcoming and helpful, which gave me a positive first impression. Unfortunately, my experience changed on the second day. The receptionist, Timur, was unprofessional and I ended up missing a planned tour. He left me mid‑conversation to deal with check‑out guests, then returned only to walk away again just as I was about to continue my enquiry. By the time he finally attended to me, it was too late to book my tour for the day. I was not expecting this level of service. The hotel has its positives, but the inconsistent customer service really affected my stay.

Good hotel
We stayed at this hotel with my friends and were satisfied. Good hotel for its price. Located not far from city center and train station. The staff was very friendly, especially Anna. She suggested to us the places to go and how to get there. I had a room on a quiet side of the building. It was clean. The breakfast area is beautiful, looks like opera. Also there was a gluten-free options. Nice and not expensive hotel

Great Location, Delicious Breakfast, and Very Friendly Staff
We had no idea the hotel and its staff would be so wonderful. The staff are very polite and always ready to help with any questions. I recommend asking them where you can sit and have a good meal in the evening — they suggest very good places close to the hotel that serve delicious food. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The street where the hotel is located is one of the best areas to stay, with many nice places nearby. I also recommend booking a room with breakfast because you won't regret it. We didn't miss a single breakfast because everything was so delicious. I assure you that you will have a very comfortable stay at this hotel. I'm looking forward to my next trip and will definitely book this hotel again.
