    The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the bed was comfortable.

    However, the tram line runs directly in front of the building, causing considerable noise throughout the day and night. Despite the information on Booking.com, there was no parking available, and finding parking nearby was extremely difficult. The hotel’s recommendations were not helpful. Please do not advertise parking as an available facility if it is not provided.

    We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful.

    We liked the location as you could walk to the Duomo in less than 10 minutes. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good.

    You have to walk down one floor to the elevator that takes you to your room. Not a big deal, just different.
