    ein bisschen mehr Freude und Liebe in der Arbeit durch die Mitarbeiter wäre sehr zu empfehlen

    sehr freundlicher Empfang super tolles Zimmer, ein selbstgemachter Gugelhupf im Zimmer war wirklich sehr nett.

    dass ein paar Mitarbeiter nicht einmal deutsch können zum Beispiel beim Frühstück, und beim Abendessen wollte mein Mann statt Kartoffelsalat Bratkartoffel und das war richtig ein Drama, es wurde zweimal drauf hingewiesen dass das bei euch nicht geht…… es ist zwar dann gemacht worden aber…. und leider fehlt uns ein bisschen die Herzlichkeit in diesem Hotel

    Höchste Auszeichnung 3 x AAA

    Spitze das gesamte Team und jeder Wunsch wurde innerhalb einiger Minuten erfüllt. Bei uns ging es um einen Lesestuhl und RATZ FATZ 5 Minuten später war dieser im Zimmer. Der CHEF war für jeden Gast da und auch ZEIT für ein Gespräch, alle ACHTUNG. Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist, die FREUDE, das LÄCHELN usw. stimmte und war ECHT, nicht aufgesetzt. SO ETWAS ERLEBT MAN SELTEN Dem gesamten TEAM HERZLICHES DANKESCHÖN für die WUNDERSCHÖNE ZEIT
