Slab si dezamagitor.
Personalul din hotel a fost dragut si profesionist.
Camera mirosea a naftalina, patul si pernele extrem de inconfortabile (m am trezit constant in timpul noptii cu dureri de spate si gat), produsele din camera (igiena sau consum) de extrem de proasta calitate, parcare neinclusa in pretul proprietatii, micul dejun are i varietate extrem de redusa. Per total cea mai proasta experienta la un hotel de 5 stele din toate avute, conditii de motel de pe marginea soselei.

In the centre of Brasov and ideal for a tourist break. Breakfast was superb, as were the views from the room.
staff were all miserable! From the reception staff and breakfast girls, all looked and acted unhappy! The cleaners were actually rude (even taking all our loose change off our dressing table the day before we left!!!) No drinking water dispensers in the hotel, nor any free water at all. A very tired and dated room we had, more a 3 star standard than the claimed 5 star.
