    Good location and modern clean hotel with limitations

    Location, design and cleanliness

    No coffee maker in room as promised, limited services from the basement “lounge” not available until 12 noon. Reception unwelcoming and indifferent but efficient

    Very attractive hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

    The staff were very pleasant. Excellent shower in the room. Breakfast was extremely good and the lady running it was very helpful in telling us what was available each day including home made cakes.

    The room was quite small and the lighting could have been better.

    Central for travel and quite stay.

    Terrific location between Renfe Donostia - San Sebastián and Amara-Donostia train stations. Location was quiet and safe, with Old Town Coffee close by for a terrific breakfast. The staff during our stay were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and larger than we expected. Provided free basic drinks and small chocolates, which was very kind. Thank you.

    When we tried the breakfast it was in the basement, which is not a good atmosphere. This however is not a reason not to stay here. There are many other options nearby.
