The location is great, close to Duomo and within walking distance to other tour meeting place.

Location is good. Staff is great. My room is spacious, probably much smaller in other rooms.

The bath tub leaks, leaving water on the floor which can be slippery. After management is informed, they take care of it right away. The room is pretty humid. You can see black mold on the wall at top of the window.
