    Perfect location for in the center of the city, opposite to the opera house, in the nice Galleria.

    I really appreciate the excellent and generous breakfast, as well as the very kind and empathetic service. Also the staff on the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The general ambiance was nice.

    The shower in the bathroom didn't function well. Only the fix shower on the top was o.k., but the hand shower wasn't.

    Great location and clean rooms, but unbearable nighttime noise.

    This hotel has an excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, and clean rooms. The breakfast was decent, although there is room for improvement.

    The most disappointing aspect of this hotel is the excessive noise. The hotel is located inside a shopping gallery that remains open 24 hours a day, and the building’s dome-shaped structure amplifies even the smallest sounds. Unfortunately, there is no police presence, security, or shopping gallery staff monitoring the area at night. As a result, people make noise throughout the night, and children can even be heard playing soccer late at night. Getting a good night's sleep is practically impossible, even with earplugs. This was extremely disappointing and seriously affected my overall experience.
