    Staff were delightful. Very friendly and helpful

    The lift indicator was not working oj the 7th floor so I could not tell if the lift was moving.

    Location.

    Needs serious upgrade. This was once a very nice hotel. Now everything is slowly falling apart. The breakfast also needs major upgrades.
