Not 5* by any stretch of the imagination

The lounge access and the restaurants for dinner. Location. Breakfast choice wasn't great but ok.

This is not a 5* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The reception area and restaurants for dinner may be plush but as soon as you get to your room it is 3* at best. The bedding smelt of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. The blind broke. The room was tiny compared to the 4* I stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto. It was worse than any Travelodge I've stayed Very disappointed overall.
