    Кюстендил - магията на лечебните минерални извори през вековете

    Хотелът е с отлично местоположение, разположен в нова сграда в центъра на града. Стаята е обзаведена прекрасно с нови мебели и хубаво лед осветление. Телевизорът е с добре подредени канали, има мини бар, който е включен в момента на пристигането, и хубав климатик. Като комплимент има оставена бутилирана вода, кафе и чай на пакетчета, както и електрическа кана за вода. Безупречна чистота в цялата сграда.

    Единствено, че се чува блъскане при всяко затваряне на входната врата.

    The receptionist woman was very nice, polite and helpful.

    The "nightmare" started at 03:00 in the night, drunk men were shouting in front of the Hotel, at 03:30 drunk man entered in the room next to us, switched on the TV with very loud noise. At 04:00 group of another drunk men were staying in front of the Hotel, shouting extremely loud, like animals...until 06:00 in the morning...after that we had short sleep...
