Very convenient location, the staff was friendly and did their best to help us when we asked for their support in transferring our luggage. The room was clean, fully equipped - we even had a washing machine which had a dryer incorporated in our room, amenities and whatnot. The room had a small balcony, but we didn't use it as it was very humid outside - we also had a dehumidifier inside the room, as well as AC.
Nothing comes to mind.

Good for short stay and if you are away most of the day.
Located 200m away from the Hanzomon line’s Suitengumae Station and the Tokyo Airport City Bus Terminal. Washing-Drying machine available in the room with detergent provided. Room equipped with a Fridge, a Microwave oven, gas-stove and a mini-safe. Good shower facilities. Lawsons, Seven Eleven and restaurants nearby. Tully’s Coffee @ IBM building is just 200m away - quiet and spacious place to chill.
Not really a hotel. Converted from an apartment building. Weird security door locking system - no clear instructions to open and close the main door. Beds are too low - 1.5 ft from the floor and mattresses are too thin. Room is spacious but with 2 twin beds, not much walking space left. Bedside lamps with sharp corners are just above the pillows - a safety hazard. Cleaning staff did not replace bath and face towels for one day. Squeaky floor - will wake up your roommate at night. Noisy construction work just next door.

Good location, value ok, spacious family room but beds a little firm.
Hotel room was clean, well appointed and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. Location was pretty good , close to 3 train stations and a Lawsons across the road. Reception also stored our luggage on check out day prior to our transfer to airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Beds were very thin and firm, which compromised sleeping comfort a little.

Nice and easy, a great way to start a cross Japan trip.
Clean, easy to access, in a great location, the staff were extremely nice and checking in took less than 5 minutes.
