Everything was amazing but I would have to say that the service staff, specifically, Irving and his crew: Alejandro, Juan Carlos and Raymundo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off and everything we needed was provided.

At the front desk when asking for mosquito repellent I was looked at with shock and there was no repellent available at the property which is crazy in this part of the world.
