Please note that guests leaving after check out time will be penalized with the full payment of the reservation. One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when using existing beds in the Twin Rooms. Double and Queen rooms can only accommodate 1 child under 12 if he/she is accompanied by an adult. Children between 12 and 18 years old pay $80.000 COP/person/night plus 19% VAT. Adults can not be accommodated in the rooms. Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa that have been in the country for less than 6 months, according to Colombian law are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. Please note children are allowed when staying with two responsible adults. Please note that property may apply a hotel insurance of COP $7000 per person, per night plus 19% VATGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
