Balkon und die Aussicht am Balkon war toll. Mit wenigen Schritten war man in der Altstadt.

    Speisesaal sehr laut und ungemütlich

Breakfast routine could be improved and bar staff trained to encourage customers to enjoy their stay and some new mattre

Nice room with a lovely view and clean

Bed was VERY uncomfortable breakfast was disappointing no tea bags and hot buffet was cold and not very tasty When I asked the waiter for a tea bag was told the hotel had none 🤷‍♂️ Bar staff needs an injection of humour and need to act with a little less arrogance ie make us feel welcome

Restaurant very poor. Not avail to coup large numbers as there was not clean tables available at peak times. Staff at the reception weren’t friendly
