    Kaputte Klimaanlage, Kakerlaken, keine Hilfsbereitschaft

    Freundliches Personal und zentrale Lage

    Beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und wir das Zimmer entweder nehmen oder nicht nehmen können. Nach eine einstündigen Suche nach anderen Hotels (leider alle ausgebucht) sind wir eingecheckt. Sie hätten uns bei 40 Grad bei der Zimmersuche unterstützen können, und sie hätten uns rechtzeitig Bescheid geben sollen. Wir haben keinen Preisnachlass bekommen. Die Nächte waren unangenehm. Zudem gab es Kakerlaken im Zimmer und im Stiegenhaus hat es gestunken. Wir waren froh, als wir weg waren.

    Just meant to feel welcome

    Choice of breakfasts from the Local Lounge bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Initially I was concerned that the location might be a bit noisy at is just in front of the main square but needn't have as it quietened down and I had a good nights sleep. I wasn't initially intending on staying in Bijeljina but glad I did and on the return leg didn't even consider booking somewhere else to stay. The staff seem quite surprised to see me. Not on the average tourist route but most people spoke English or in matter of seconds found someone who did.
