Esperienza totalmente negativa! Ho prenotato per un fine settimana in quanto avrei partecipato ad un’esposizione canina in notturna in zona. Sono partito purtroppo con ritardo su quanto avevo programmato. Ho immediatamente chiamato l’hotel (alle 11.00 del mattino per avvisare che non sapevo se sarei riuscito a passare a fare il check in in quanto dovevo recarmi subito in esposizione. Ho chiesto come si poteva fare per ritirare la chiave della stanza. La persona che mi ha risposto mi ha rassicurato dicendo che c’era comunque un portiere di notte e che quindi potevo arrivare anche tardi. Rassicurato sono arrivato davanti all’albergo alle 2.00 del mattino. Luci spente cancelli chiusi. Ho chiamato il numero dell’hotel mi ha risposto un signore che parlava solo e soltanto ungherese. Ho tentato di fargli capire in tedesco ed inglese (che parlo perfettamente) ma nulla da fare. Mi ha chiuso diverse volte il telefono in faccia. La quarta volta che ho tentato di parlare con lui ha addirittura alzato il telefono e chiuso immediatamente. Ho dovuto passare il resto della notte in macchina. Assurdo che una struttura che dovrebbe accogliere ospiti internazionali metta una persona che non sa parlare una lingua straniera.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und groß. Leider gehen die riesigen Fenster nicht öffnen! Somit hatten wir keinerlei Frischluft! Das ist für eine Reise im Sommer nicht so gut…..Im Appartement befanden sich zwei Standklimageräte. Die Kühlung war ausreichend, aber das könnte man verbessern. Außerdem haben wir im Appartement einen Kühlschrank vermisst. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher aber keine Kaffeemaschine. Das sollte man vorab bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Wir konnten dann den Kühlschrank im Frühstücksraum des Hotels nutzen
Es war nicht möglich die Fenster zu öffnen! Zu kleine Klimageräte für die Größe des Appartements !
