Gut aber der Charme fehlt
Das Restaurant, die Bar, das Spa-Angebot, das Frühstück. Auch der überwiegende Teil der MA ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, finden auch eine Lösung für jedes Problem
1. ein junger österreichischer Mitarbeiter an der abendlichen Rezeption hat beim einchecken auf meine Bitte, die Kurtaxe bitte auf Rechnung zu nehmen, sehr irritierend reagiert. Er zeigte sich offenbar genervt von meiner Anfrage und war sehr arrogant. Ohne Erläuterung zog er mir dann die Kurtaxe von der Kreditkarte ab, auf der Rechnung ist diese aber dennoch nicht erschienen. 2. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man standardmässig erwartet. Leider sind sie sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Kein Bild und nichts was es wohnlich macht. Wenn man viel reist -nicht zuhause ist-, spielt das eine Rolle.
