Location of the Hotel ..
Unfortunately, my stay at the Barchetta Excelsior in Lake Como was disappointing. The interiors felt old and outdated, and the rooms were quite small, making the overall experience less comfortable than expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was not working properly and made the stay even more unpleasant. For a hotel in such a beautiful location, i expected a much better standard of comfort and maintenance. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and the hotel would benefit from updating its interiors and improving its facilities. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Relaxing & enjoyable
Location is central with beautiful views. Room was good, beds very comfortable. However, the down side is the shower is in the bath and bath was small. Breakfast was generous with a wide of variety of food.
