    Matter

    Direkt am Fluss Bach, nahe der Kirche. Friedhof gegenüber. Von der Rezeption und den westlichen Zimmern direkte Sicht aufs Matterhorn. Balkon rundläufig, man kann vom Zimmer am ganzen Gebäude entlanglaufen. Restaurant im Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

    hatte Einzel Zimmer ohne sicht aufs Matterhorn. Sonst gibt es nichts zu klagen.

    Die Servicekraft am Empfang war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit.

    Der Service beim Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Servicekraft hatte gleichzeitig bis zu 15 Gäste zu betreuen, Getränke zubereiten, Eier, Omelett und dergleichen herzustellen, Brötchen und Croissants aufzubacken und das Buffet aufzufüllen. Da die Gäste fast gleichzeitig erschienen, war die Servicekraft absolut überfordert und es kam somit zu längeren Wartezeiten (ca. 10 min für Heißgetränke)
