    The room, breakfast were great and the staff were very lovely The location of the hotel in the city was great too! The hotel is absolutely beautiful

    The street of the hotel is under construction and there was no way to reach it by car, which made the arrival and departure with our luggage and it wasn't mentioned in advance. In the room there was a broken window that wasn't mentioned in advance and the phone didn't work while we mentioned it 3 times to the staff and they did nothing about it. Lastly, there's no elevator in the hotel which makes it less comfortable and especially challenging when arriving and departuring
