    Large hotel but very poor amenities. The suite was spacious, but completely lacked basic amenities—there was no complimentary water, coffee, or even an electric kettle. Breakfast was boring and repetitive, with the exact same food every single morning. They should really offer hot food options like soup. Worst of all, the 10:00 AM checkout time is far too early. Guests have no time to relax after breakfast. Standard checkout should be 11:00 AM or noon, not 10:00 AM."

    Très beau séjour avec quelques points à améliorer.

    Le confort et la décoration des chambres. La piscine et le jardin. Les repas. La situation en centre-ville, le parking couvert. L'amabilité et le sourire permanent du serveur attitré à notre table, du personnel de réception et de ménage.

    L'impolitesse de certains membres du personnel au restaurant, pas de bonjour, pas de sourire, des assiettes débarrassées sans demander la permission en passant devant les convives et pas sur le côté. L'absence de jacuzzi en intérieur et l'absence de hamman dans la zone grand public.
