    Very happy overall.

    The property was very good.The reception was poor on this occasion. We spent 1 hour waiting at check in, with just 3 people of one booking before. There was just one staff member in attendance and she spent this time disputing their booking and never called for assistance at all. My wife and I are in our eighties and found this upsetting.Another staff member approached reception and I requested her to check us in, however she refused as she was needed in the office. This I found disturbing.
