a quiet and charming property
The property is located in a quiet location, about a 10 min walk from the railway station. The hotel offered me an early check in by 1.PM since my flight landed in Munich at noon. The rooms were reasonably spacious and the breakfast also was decent.

good location to transit , and restaurants
Our reservation was for a single room.We were told that the reservation was for 1 person not 1 single room. We understood that when we made the reservation we were booking that like most hotel reservations this was a standard 1 room for 2 persons. So upon check-in the check-in attendent said that we would need to pay for an extra person in order to get our room. We understood that and agreed but then got blindsided by an additional $60.00 Euro per night for the exact same single room that we had booked.We had a 3 night booking so this extra charge increased our lodging cost by 33% more of the original booking. We were told that it was because of demand for the Octoberfest week. All in all we felt that we paid for a 2 person lodging but received a 1 person room with a very small bed. The hotel manager said that the increase lodging price was because we would be using more water!!?? We are very dissapointed and feel taken advantage of.
