This was a huge disappointment as we thought we were staying somewhere of a high standard.

    The location was fabulous

Issues with check in and getting our large suitcases up the stairs; Many maintenance issues in the room especially the bathroom; Linen for bedding was below standard as sheet and doona were too small; Daily service was very average; Rooms were smelly; Toilet continually running; Mould in the bathroom.
