Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit etwas früher einzuchecken, da ein Zimmer schon fertig war. Mein Zimmer war zwar klein, aber wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem sehr modernen Bad. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Bonn buche ich hier gerne wieder.
Das Hotel liegt nicht unmittelbar in der Altstadt. Dafür aber sehr günstig zu Straßenbahnen und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt.

Room and bathroom was clean and reasonably price for location and size. Due to staffing shortage, they don't have reception upon check-in but this was adequately coordinated with us prior to arrival. Our request for a reserved parking spot at location was also carried out without issue. The staff, when we met them in the mornings and breakfast, were very kind, approachable and friendly.
Although there's variety in the options available, breakfast was basic. We only stayed for 3 nights, so it wasn't a big issue. But if you're staying for longer, I can imagine myself wanting something else.
