I’ve drafted a balanced review for you that captures both the positives and the areas for improvement. My stay was generally pleasant, though there were a few issues. While the staff was consistently friendly, the service and room quality varied from my previous visits. Most importantly, there was a discrepancy regarding the bed size; despite confirmation from Booking.com, I was provided with a standard bed rather than the wide bed requested. Additionally, the bed linen was yellowish and did not appear freshly washed. I hope these details are addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Could not wait to get out of that horrible room. The smell will hunt me in nightmares
The bathroom had so horrible smell from pipes, even open windows did not help. It was impossible to enter the room because of the smell.

Il personale molto gentile.
In bagno era un forte odore di fognatura.
