The credit card used to pre-pay a nonrefundable reservation must be presented upon check-in, and the cardholder’s name must match the ID of the guest checking in. In cases where the physical credit card is not present, or we are unable to verify the card’s ownership, the original transaction will be voided, and a new payment must be processed before check-in.
