Reserve una habitación para 2 personas y la solicite con 2 camas dobles le dieron una habitación con una sola cama matrimonial qué sucedió? Hay alguna penalizacion por ofrecer una cosa y dar otra?

Cómodo y céntrico
El hotel está super bien ubicado, a media cuadra de la catedral y la plaza principal. Es una casona que adaptaron y les quedó muy lindo con toque mexicano. La habitación es muy cómoda y las albercas son muy lindas, especialmente la de arriba si es que te quieres relajar y la vista es muy linda. El desayuno es café, pan tostada y otros aditamentos, está bien si no desayunas muy fuerte. Si volvería a hospedarme aquí.
La televisión no estaba conectada a internet y no se podía ver tampoco ningún canal de televisión.

The location is central and the place itself is pretty and spatious. The staff onsite is helpful and friendly.
We had no hot water for the 2 nights we stayed there. When we wrote to the management they replied hours late and they did nothing to fix the issue. They want to be a "no staff hotel" but they end up dumping everything on the staff which actually is on site.
