    Still had a good stay but it could be better.

    Great location, staff was very friendly and nice. Good breakfast, but for that we paid extra. Which we knew in advance.

    We contacted the hotel through booking right after we made a reservation, about needing a parking space that they advertised as having. There was no answer and the hotel didn’t get in contact with me at all. Due to other circumstances, we eventually didn’t need a parking space but if we did, it would be very inconvenient that the hotel didn’t answer us and provide us with information about the parking which is apparently not at the hotel. There was no pool, as advertised on booking. Outside pool was one od the reasons we picked this hotel. At check-in no one mentioned anything about it. We were unable to lower the fan function at AC. It was on full fan all the time when the AC was on. It was hot in Merida, so we wanted to have AC on. But not full fan all the time. It was loud and it was pointed directly to the bed. The staff said it is possible to lower it but the only thing possible lowering was the temperature, not the fan.
