Ruidoso y malisima wiffi. Personal y localización espectacular.
Las habitaciones no están para nada insonorizadas. La nuestra toco en la parte trasera del hotel que da directamente a la subida a la plaza del zocalo con todo el trafico que eso conlleva. Las ventanas de la habitación son viejas y por ahí entra mucho ruido. Ademas de eso, el baño tiene un hueco en la fachada para luz y ventilazión que no tiene cristal así que es como estar en la misma calle. El wiffi es pesimo, nos llegaba solo una raya de cobertura y no cargaba nada.

El edificio y las habitaciones son preciosos y la ubicación magnífica para visitar Puebla
El desayuno me pareció pobre para la categoría del hotel y la ducha, al menos de mi habitación, debería modernizarse

Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location
Location was great. Just two blocks from the Zocalo (Plaza). Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. The room was very spacious.
No elevator so taking luggage up and down the stairs was not easy. Bed was hard!
