    Unfair deal for solo travellers

    I recently stayed at La Puerta de Palacio in Seville and was deeply disappointed by their treatment of solo travelers. Despite paying the same price as a double room, I was given a tiny, suffocating box of a room with no air-conditioning and poor ventilation. It was like an oven, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. It is unacceptable for a hotel to charge the same rates for vastly inferior accommodations simply because someone is traveling alone. This unfair practice shows a complete disregard for solo travelers, who deserve the same level of comfort as any other guest. I would strongly advise solo travelers to avoid this hotel unless they are willing to pay for substandard conditions. There are far better options in Seville that actually value all their guests equally.

    Great stay

    Very nice service and friendly staff. It would have been nice to have a kettle and some teas in the room. Bed was comfortable. Perfect location.
