    Cavaet Emptor Shady operators

    They did the Bait and Switch on us at checkin I booked at superior deluxe room two months ago and fully paid for it three days before arrival and at check-in they said they were over booked and gave us a small €24 refund and gave us a lousy standard room on the first floor I would’ve never come here and booked that type of room so I find it egregious that they suddenly only realize they were overbooked when we arrived at check-in if I would’ve known about this the day before I would’ve cancelled taken my full refund and moved onto somewhere else. They wrecked what was supposed to be a special evening for us and it gets better the loud piercing fire alarm went off at 5:30 AM getting us up and out of bed to investigate with no one around. I was asking about it at checkout. The lady seemed indifferent and says oh yeah it’s a broken fire alarm but no fire
