Worst hotel in Slovakia I've been.
The location is in the middle of the old city close to restaurants and coffee places. The room was clean and tidy.
The rooms are nice, clean, smell fresh, and are comfy. The location is great in the middle of the old town. 3 things to notice when making a reservation at this hotel: 1. The parking is not at the hotel and requires a few minutes drive. You cannot park next to the hotel. 2. No elevator. So luggage must be carried by hand to the rooms. 3. Instead of normal body soap and shampoo, they give you like a sample to use for both. Luckily for me, I got a 4-bedroom room where I was the only one, so I had 4 samples (attached picture) And another thing, unfortunately for me, there was a complete power failure in the street. No light at all from 1830 till I checked out the next morning. I had to shower with my phone flashlight. No one from the hotel came to say anything, no one to apologize, no one to even give an emergency light to light the room. Nothing. The following morning, when checking out, they were sorry but offered just the reductioninf the parking payment as compensation. (Remember, the parking is on a hill, more than 100 meters away).
