The customer service by staff was the best we experienced in Italy, and even the US. We will be staying here again

    The view was spectacular

Not a real complaint, but you will have to walk 10 minutes to the main shopping area of sorrento

Fantastic hotel with everything you need

Property is in a great location overlooking the water but still right next to a bus stop for getting into town. Rooms are spacious and there are great amenities. Everyone is kind and helpful.

Fab all round experience, the view and location are absolutely incredible!

Incredible view across Sorrento, the location is great, a short walk into the centre. The hotel was clean, our room was extremely spacious.

It was on the expensive side, but we did have a superior room with a terrace and hot tub and you view/location are a premium
