Good stay except for the bed bugs. And the reception manager took it lightly when reported

I have rebooked to extend stay!
Everything was clean, good breakfast and excellent restaurant and helpful staff
Nice to have Nespresso coffee machine but disappointed to be charged 3CHF for one pod! I did find supermarket and got 10 for that. I would have paid 1CHF happily!

Comfortable hotel, well located for cycling holiday down the Rhine
Well located, comfortable hotel for our cycling holiday down the Rhine. There was a dedicated, secure indoor bicycle storage area.
