Decepcionante experiencia
El desayuno bastante deficiente en comparación a otros hoteles tanto nacionales como internacionales, lo que me llamó la atención, considerando que a Magallanes viene mucho extranjero. Huevos del buffet fríos, escasa variedad de quesos (gauda y quesillo solamente) y panes (versión integral de mala calidad, en otros hoteles suele haber de masa madre, lo cual se nota), frutos secos débiles
Me decepcionó el desayuno y que ante mi reclamo por no contar con agua caliente (ligeramente tibia, habitación N° 404 de torre 1), no se solucionara el problema, por lo que me pareció impresentable que un hotel con el supueto prestigio que tiene, haya incurrido en esta falta de delicadeza. Quizás es algo aislado y tuve la mala fortuna, pero claramente incide, tanto en que lo recomiende, como en que yo misma decida regresar. Además venía llegando dle extranjero con excelentes estadias

Excelente ubicacion, buen desayuno, sin piscina, ni gimnasio.
Su ubicación, el lugar del desayuno, el servicio amable y las habitaciones
Promocionan un gimnasio que es casi inexistente. Nos quedamos en dos reservas en días diferentes, en dos habitaciones diferentes y siempre tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente para ducharse
