Il soggiorno è stato buono in quanto da qua andavamo giornalmente a visitare i luoghi di interesse
Accoglienza, pulizia, disponibilità e gentilezza del personale specialmente le signore addette alla pulizia camera in quanto per necessità un giorno non siamo usciti e sono state de una gentilezza e disponibilità, GRAZIE. Buona la colazione con dolce salato e buono il ristorante anche se un po' caro

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e consiglio la struttura.
La posizione, il design dell'hotel, gli interni, la vista dalla stanza, tutto molto curato e per ultimo ma non perché meno importante, anzi al contrario, il più importante, lo staff...persone educatissime e sempre disponibile.
Premetto che non è una critica, ma un consiglio per migliorare. l'organizzazione del buffet della colazione....quando le persone che venivano a fare colazione erano più delle solite 4/5 coppie, il buffet era spoglio di varie cibarie, che venivano rifornite con difficoltà del personale (2 persone che facevano il possibile) insufficiente per gestire la sala, la cucina ed il buffet. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere nulla da dire tranne il fatto che l'armadio va pulito anche sopra e non solo all'interno, perché posandoci al di spora la valigia, è scesa molta polvere, a mo di nevicata. consiglio anche di sistemare i cavi ed il decoder della tv, perché sono veramente antiestetici da vedere. In un hotel così prestigioso, questi dettaglio non andrebbero trascurati, perché la struttura è veramente veramente bella ed accogliente.
