The entry and registration of minors in the hotel must be carried out by one of their parents, presenting the birth certificate and the identity document of the minors. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it must be done by the adult responsible for the minor, who must have authorization from at least one of the parents. The authorization must be signed and validated by one of the parents, and must also indicate that the minor is under their care. Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met. In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards. In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and non-residents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country. This amount will be added to the room rate. Package rates are exempt from this 19% VAT.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
