    Passable

    The location was okay, and the showers were hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was fine, if nothing special, and the food I ordered from the restaurant was good. Most of the staff were welcoming, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I went into the city. When I returned in torrential rain, completely soaked through, they kindly gave me a towel.

    The receptionist who checked me in was hostile and made me feel unwelcome. The “wellness centre” description was misleading: there was no spa in the hotel, just a massage parlour in another building. I booked a full-body massage, but the treatment involved rubbing oil over only part of my body, with no actual massage. The rooms were not soundproof. In particular, the connecting door between my room and the neighbouring room made me feel uncomfortable, and I could hear the guest next door clearly. The internet wouldn’t connect, and my sheets were ripped. The surrounding area felt okay but, as a solo traveller, I still felt I had to stay alert.

    Muy recomendado.

    Desayuno muy completo y delicioso. La ubicación es excelente y ofrece contacto con las agencias de viajes para lograr distintos tipos de desplazamientos en la ciudad y fuera de ella.

    La habitación estaba cerca al asensor y había un poco de ruido.
