    Brilliant base for visiting Sorrento, Amalfi etc. Nice to come back to a cosy hotel after day trips

    Broad breakfast choice. Very nice. Location excellent for walks into the City and back. Nice pool area. Staff pleasant and helpful. Teresa was good fun. and enjoyed a laugh.

    Pool bar service could do with a bell. Nobody there at times. Mosquitos a bit prevalent after the rainstorm but probably a general problem.

    Good hotel with a high quality of service.

    Very good buffet breakfast choice. Friendly and professional staff, in particular the manageress. Good location not far from the busy central area, beaches etc. but quieter and calmer than there. Very handy for the train station. Small but pleasant pool.

    Very clean and quiet property. Friendly staff and great breakfast

    When we checked in, nothing was confirmed in terms of the cost of our stay or what we had booked. The front desk took a copy of our passports and gave us a room key. Upon checkout, we were verbally told the cost of our stay and presented with a card machine. After we were charged we were told “that includes the 4 drinks from the pool bar on Friday”. We had never used the pool bar or charged anything to the room. The hotel provided us with a refund in cash, but they need a better system in terms of presenting guests with a copy of the bill and if they allow room charging, a name and room number should be requested to verify.
