Comfortable, clean and 8 mins from the Metro
Comfortable bed, clean room and a powerful, hot shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Property was quite expensive, but I appreciate I booked at the last minute (having had to move from another property).

Incredibly comfortable mattress. Staff lovely and helpful and went the extra mile.
As much as the location is practical due to vicinity to Termini, the neighbourhood along the station is rough. Worth noting for anyone who might wish to walk from Termini to the hotel, better walk down via Cavour (or via Gioberti) a couple blocks and then come through via Principe Amedeo which has nice wide sidewalks as opposed to via Giovanni Giolitti which is tough with a suitcase.
