Great spot have stayed there many times but this time wifi did not work

Mucho ruido, no respetan los horarios de alberca. El hotel está en remodelación y comienzan los martillazos a las 7 am, así no es posible descansar. Exijo que me reembolsen parcial o total, o ya no usaré ni recomendaré Expedia.

Personal amable, buena ubicación, muy seguro, la alberca con agua tibia muy bien, muy limpio, habitación cómoda y limpia, todo funciono muy bien, quizá le falta un poco de mantenimiento de lo demás todo excelente.

La atención del personal es excelente, siempre te reciben con una sonrisa y con una muy buena actitud. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y de fácil acceso, tienes cerca centros comerciales, restaurantes, plazas y si te gusta la vida nocturna, hay también mucha variedad cerca. Solo considera, que si bien, el hotel está a pie de playa, no tiene acceso a playa, está bloqueado el acceso, sin embargo, puedes disfrutar de la alberca, que si bien no es muy amplia, pero puedes nadar y disfrutar mucho tu estadía, con una vista magnífica al mar.
