Even though the hotel is in the Old Town and very close to the Duomo, it is quiet and peaceful. I booked a single room, and although the room's windows are high up, it wasn't an issue since the view from the terrace made up for it. The room is clean and well-kept.
There is no elevator in the building where the hotel is located. If you have luggage, you will have to walk up the stairs to the fourth floor, so please keep this in mind.

Fantastic location, brilliant hotel. Would stay again!
Room was very clean and a super comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Location of this hotel is brilliant, perfect for a short stay in Florence with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. No breakfast included but complimentary croissants/cakes and biscuits were very much appreciated so we didn't leave every morning on a completely empty stomach! 24 hour juice and water machine too. The small terrace on the roof provided stunning views over the city too - especially at sunset.
Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken for the duration of our stay. The wi-fi was intermittent - not a major issue for us but could be to other people.

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy amable y la vista desde la terraza es muy bella
Son 3 pisos por escalera a pesar que te asisten con las maletas para subirlas, es tedioso.

Отличный отель, отличное местоположение. Была бесплатная кофемашина в холе. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Нам объяснили какие достопримечательности посмотреть и всегда во всем помогали.
