The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Ok facility but not what you would call luxury.
Breakfast not great..small selection for what was included in the room. Service can be slow for USA standards.
Room had ants and moths. Hot water takes a while to get to shower. Beds are very firm. Our room was pretty noisy in the am for being so close to dining facility and staff talking.

Excellent option for couples, very near to Oaxaca downtown
Very nice hotel, clean and inviting. Personnel was very helpful and provided a couple tips about the hotel surroundings. The room was very good, with plenty of space, the bed was great and the bathroom was excellent. The jacuzzi proved very useful to relax after all the day walking in Oaxaca. Very well located, a few blocks from downtown and surrounded by very good options for food and drinks.
The breakfast was good, but it could improve. They start serving it at 8:00, and we missed it one day because we had to leave earlier for our tour.

El servicio y el lugar. Felicidades!!
Solo como detalle, estuve en un cuarto del segundo piso y a las 7 am empezaban a arrastrar sillas de la parte de arriba que es como terraza y personas hablando que en el cuarto se escuchaban como si las tuviéramos al lado. Nos despertaban y ya no podíamos volver a dormir.
