    Great hotel, great staff, bad location.

    Very clean, and the staff were nice. Surprisingly quiet for the location, probably due to the which concrete walls on 3 sides.

    Too close to the cruise ship docks. The merchants were waiting like vultures, getting in your face trying to sell stuff. I was propositioned to buy drugs and prostitutes more times in one week than 53 years back home. Not a place to bring your family.

    Nice

    Very good everything, they upgraded me out of the blue

    They wanted to charge for breakfast which I had prepaid. After fighting they gave it for free.

    El hotel está muy bien, limpio y acogedor. A unas cuadras caminando del Ferry y asta bandera de Cozumel. El personal atento y servicial.
