We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is intimate, cozy, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Andrés. He was incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout our entire stay. When we needed to get laundry done, he even helped us take it to the laundromat across the street so that we could spend our time exploring Quito instead of waiting around. He also gave us so many helpful recommendations for places to visit and things to do around the city. What really stood out was the level of care he showed us. We had a very early departure, and Andrés was there waiting for us at 4:00 AM to make sure we got on our way safely. That kind of hospitality is rare and meant so much to us. We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Quito! We would absolutely stay again.
