Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt of 19% VAT when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Please note only guests with a Visa PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or tourist visa TP12 are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. In case of an early check-out, guests are required to advise the hotel with at least 48-hours prior notice, in order to avoid an additional room night charge. Please note, the hotel does not have an elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
