    Quite annoying

    Staff is nice

    But can you imagine that this 4 stars hotel does not provide mineral water bottles in the rooms. Honestly at 400 euros the night it is unacceptable.

    Great hotel, perfect location

    Loved our room. It was spacious, clean and quiet considering the hotel's location. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of choices. Staff were friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a 2 minute walk to St Mark's Square and 5 minutes to the Grand Canal. Great hotel, we'd definitely stay there again.

    The shower pressure was terrible and the water was lukewarm. Don't think there was a toaster in the breakfast room.
