    Mejorar atención a cliente

    Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la CAPU, por lo cual caminando en menos de 8 minutos estas ahí.

    La atención y trato del recepcionista que nos recibió y toco despedirnos, considero que sino te gusta tu trabajo, le des la oportunidad a alguien que si quiera hacerlo, lo más importante de un recepcionista es que te haga sentir bienvenido, pero él al contrario, nuestra reservación era para un par de días y desde un inicio nos dijo que no, que debíamos desocupar al día siguiente, hasta que le mostré mi aplicación fue que rectifico. Las camaristas muy amables, pero la primera impresión es lo que cuenta siempre.
