    Gut, schöne Aussicht. Preis zu teuer leider für das.

    Die Aussicht und das geräumige Chalet.

    Das Chalet war sehr oberflächlich „sauber“ also nicht wirklich gut gereinigt. Das Lavabo und der Wasserhahn wie auch die Dusche war wie nicht mit Putzmittel geputzt. Eher einfach sehr fleckig und eingetrocknet. Es hat zwar alles gut gerochen, aber auch manchmal fast bisschen zu viel nach künstlichem Duftspray.

    The location is beautiful with breathtaking views. The Chalets are spacious and set apart from each other. THe grounds are well maintained. The staff were polite and the food was good. It was nice to be able to walk to the Ebony Forest.

    The hotel needs some work to take it from good to exceptional - which it has the potential to be. There were a number of little things, mainly in the chalets which let them down, such as: the plug in the sink didn't work there were marks on the walls were holes had been filled and not painted over the curtains had come off their hooks the door to the chalet was very stiff and needed a kick to close it the TV kept coming on by itself and we had to find the switch at the back (in amongst the dust) to turn it off the housekeeping generally was not a great standard. All in all, a shame as this should be a really fabulous place, and with just a bit more attention to detail it could be one!
